Factory Certified Technicians
Our Factory Certified Technicians can handle all of your Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove repair needs. Our authorized technicians are regularly trained on-site by the manufacturers in order to stay current with their new product development and cutting-edge technology.
Because we understand the apprehension that comes with allowing someone you’ve never met into your home, we like to offer this opportunity to get to know our Factory Certified Technicians before they come to service your appliances.

Joe G.
Born and raised in South St. Paul, MN, Joe is a Minnesotan through and through. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find Joe out and about at the bowling alley, at a creek fishing or watching a Twins game.
Tom M.
Originally from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Tom now resides in Eastern Central, MN where he enjoys hunting and riding motorcycles. Be sure to give Tom a wave if you pass him on his Harley Davidson!
Justin S.
Justin was born and raised in Northfield, MN. His hobbies are hunting, fishing, cars and computers. He’s been in the National Guard since 2007 and has done one tour to Iraq.
Cooper B.
Cooper was born and raised in Minnesota. He is a graduate from Simley High School where he excelled in hockey and lacrosse. When he isn’t working, you will see him out hunting, fishing or playing a round of golf.
Tyler S.
Tyler was born and raised in Hibbing. Outside of work, he is most passionate about spending time with loved ones, hunting, four wheeling, snowmobiling and riding his motorcycle.

Jenny D.
Jenny was born and raised in western Wisconsin and recently moved to Minnesota. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Jenny also loves to travel, cook and be outside.
Melissa B.
Melissa was born and raised in Montana and recently moved to Minnesota. Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys traveling, reading a good book, and spending time outside.
Josh P.
Born and raised in St. Paul, Josh currently resides in Farmington. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family (including his pets), listening to music, and is a Dallas Cowboys fan.
Kyle Thomas
Currently an Inver Grove Heights resident, Kyle is quite the outdoorsman. Minnesota is the “Land of 10,000 Lakes” and when he’s away from the office, you’ll find Kyle taking advantage of the Minnesota landscape and waterways, whether hunting, fishing or riding motorcycles near one of them!
Mark Thomas
A St. Paul native and son of original owner Jim Thomas, Mark spent most of his life proudly following in his father’s footsteps until taking over the family business in 2000. Married for over 35 years, he is the father of 4 children and loves to spend his time traveling, listening to music, hunting and riding his Harley.
Jim Thomas a.k.a. Grandpa Jim
This is the man who started it all! Grandpa Jim still comes in to the shop every day to work! If he’s not repairing a microwave, he’ll be fixing some other small appliance in need of the Thomas touch. Be sure to tip your hat to this fine gentleman when you see him!
