A: Both of these indicators are designed to notify you when your unit is running excessively. We recommend having a Factory Certified Technician identify the cause of the issue as soon as possible.

A: First check that your oven racks are installed in the proper positions. The bottom rack is different than the top two. Your Wolf oven takes approximately 15-18 minutes to preheat to 350 degrees. Higher temperatures require longer preheat times. Please refer to your Use & Care Manual to make sure you are using the proper baking mode.

A: Do not use your oven. You likely have an ignition problem. Have a Factory Certified Service Technician repair your oven.

A: Dust and dirt can accumulate on the condenser coils, which in turn stops air flow that helps to keep the temperature low. You can clean the coils yourself, or schedule an appointment with our professionals.
